Clinic Policies Overview
Dr. Kristy McKendrick works with your current healthcare team and is not a replacement for your primary care physician. All new patients benefit by having a primary care physician to cover emergencies, routine care and screening.
Functional Medicine services, acupuncture, and other therapies used as part of your treatment plan may or may not be covered by your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance company prior to your visit to see if your condition and acupuncture is covered. Our office does not bill your insurance nor fill out any insurance forms.
If your insurance does cover your condition and acupuncture, please let us know during your Initial Consult, as we may be able to provide you with an itemized receipt for services which you may submit for reimbursement.
We are not a participating provider of Medicaid or Medicare.
If you are on a treatment plan, your program is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for an appointment cancellation. Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice or no show visits will be charged $125 for a missed appointment. In order to keep our clinic running on time, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Fees
Your appointment or program pricing will be outlined for you at the New Patient Consult.
Please inquire for information about long-term care plans, telehealth and private functional lifestyle retreats.
» Personalized care plans may include additional services which will be discussed at the time of your Initial Consult and/or follow-up visit(s).
» Longer or shorter appointment times may be recommended by the doctor depending on your treatment plan and individual needs. Such appointments are billed at $65 per 15-minute increment.
